The Somatic Maps of Megâk
I am not pretending that these maps are a true rendition of energy centres existing within the physical or etheric body, like other systems do. Pentegraph Megak is a discovered system or method by me that is being revealed and presented as it unfolds. There are variations and different configurations that are possible within it, and I prefer to illuminate these rather than obscure or ignore them to mislead others into thinking that it is real. I know that all other systems are founded on similar discoveries and expounded like this one is.
Configuration A
This configuration has the navel as being the location that all the other Penters are positioned relative to. The illustration below is interactive:
The bottom Penter's two lower kirkoi wrap underneath the body and encircle each leg. The pattern of the interlocking Penters then continue up the back in the same way as is seen on the front. The top Penter similarly wraps over the head connecting with the Penters on the back, producing an entire casing of the body.

The Cephalic Aster is positioned so that the centre is level with where the pineal gland is situated in the middle of the skull, and is concordant with the location of the Ajna chakra or upper Dantien of other systems. The Inner Circle also fits snugly and precisely within the cavity of the skull in this configuration.
The Cervical Aster in this configuration is centred on the Adams apple giving it perhaps a vocal aspect.
The Thoracic Aster is higher compared to where it is in Configuration B, in a more central location and a suitable place to be associated with the lungs. With the elbows pointing downwards and the hands overlapping over the chest, the palms rest naturally over this place. Perhaps it could be considered the spiritual location of the heart as it is also where a child actually assumes the heart to be before being told otherwise. This is the place that "Haaa" reverberates strongly in the chest.
The Solar Plexus Aster fits in this place.
The Omphalos Aster is located directly on the navel which I believe to be significant, and is chosen as the root locus from which the positioning of all the other Penters and Asters are derived from, in this configuration. This is the key to the true self.
The Sacral Aster doesn't fit as snugly within the pelvic bowl as it is illustrated here, but precise positioning might depend upon the physiognomy of the individual. However, with the arms hanging down and both hands brought together and overlapping, the palms are over this place, and if the elbows are then bent upwards to bring the hands over the chest, the palms are now over the place for the Thoracic Aster. Both these locations are therefore physiognomically valid and suitable for self-work.

Configuration B
This system is hinged on the bottom Aster being located at the perineum and all other Penters positioned relative to it, stacked above it. This configuration provides Asters for the three locations of the Triple Warmer (San Jiao).
If it is imagined that the Crown Penter is wrapped backwards over the skull, this should put the Crown Aster's centre to lie on the top of the head at GV20 or the Sahashara point.
The Cephalic Aster is positioned so that the centre is level with where the pituitary gland is situated within the skull rather than the pineal gland.
The Cervical Aster is situated at the base of the throat similar to the placement of the visshudha chakra.
The Thoracic Aster is close enough to be sufficient for it to be associated with the heart and its centre is at the acupuncture point Ren 17. It is a suitable location to be the upper warmer of the San Jiao.
The Solar Plexus Aster is a little low but could be used as the location for the middle sector of the triple warmer in Taoist practices.
The Dantien Aster is located below the navel in the place concordant with Taoist practices and be the area for the lower warmer. It should be noted that there is disagreement on the placing of this Dantien, and the 1½ inches below the navel can also mean 1½ inches underneath it, if the patient is lying down!
The Perineum Aster is below the pelvic bowl with its sphere of influence incorporating the anus, making it a useful method to use as a clenching massage with a perpetual tightening of the muscles as the Aster is performed.

Configuration B has 7 places and is more concordant with traditional chakra systems and the Chinese Triple Warmer, while Configuration A has 6 places and is the one that I use because it is radiant from the navel, which I deem to be important.
When the Penters orientation is reversed and overlapped in Configuration A, three Megaster (double Aster with 10 points) are formed at the location of the Cephalic Aster, Thoracic Aster and Omphalos Aster, which would correspond with the Taoist upper, middle and lower Dantien (originally called San Tian, meaning 3 fields). The Omphalos Megaster would therefore correspond to the Manipura chakra, which is attributed 10 points; this is not justification, just an observation.

There are good arguments and deficiencies for both the A and B configurations, and there are other configurations too, not shown here. If the size of the Penters are increased or decreased, this will change the positions (and the amount) of the Asters too, but I think the size that I have used fits best. These are the stories we can wrap around ourselves and the maps we can use to guide us. Whether one is a true mapping of points upon the body, both are, or neither, is probably never to be known. They are both however legitimate methods of yoking mental intent and paradigms with sensation and activity, which is what all the other established systems in the world are too, and that is all that this is all about.
