Pentegraph is part of the mechanism for Self Forming. Megak is its magick way. My art is a by-product of it and One Turning is an encompassing of it all. Netface is the internet interface.
The principle is that a great many repetitions are performed, and as it is all based fundamentally upon the circle, this provides the quickest and easiest and most natural form for performance. The interconnecting of these circles is Pentegraph. The performance of these patterns over many years produces a great many repetitions of the circle. Due to the circles most efficient path, it is assumed that the circles will naturally get better with practice. The neurally ingrained patterns will likewise naturally become perfected due to their natural geometry. This is the way it works for all practice methods. This is a method to Self Form.
The pelvis becomes the central hub for the sensation produced by the arms while performing a pattern very fast with a centripetal dynamic. The centring of the power of the action can be harnessed here due to the sensation procurred and utilized as a root with the feeling of being grounded. The lumber-sacral joint triangulated to the two femur-sacral joints acts as an energy collection point.
Energy coming from upper body movement travels through the body to the feet and makes contact with the ground, passing through the pelvic area where it can be thought of as being collected due to the stabilising nature of the area. The centre of this area is called the Sea of Qi
in Traditional Chinese Medicine—a pooling place of energy.

The centre of gravity shown, is where it would be when the heels are on the floor. When on your First Feet your centre of gravity lowers to the level of the femur sockets (the horizontal line of the triangle). But it is not the centre of gravity that is the important thing about this place—because our centre of gravity it is not fixed and will move depending upon the pose and can even move to a place outside of the body in some positions—it is the triangulation between the joints of the legs and the spine as this hinges the torso and the contact with the ground.
You do not put power into this area, it is put there by the activity that is being done. It is becoming aware of it and focusing your awareness upon it that is the actual putting of power into it.
The sensation of the result of the action (noticeable at the 3 pelvic joints to the legs and spine), due to the suppression of the movement travelling through the body while performing these patterns, triangulates to the point of focus of the sea of qi, and names the experience, conceptualising it as a separate thing. And so Qi is created. Qi is the word derived from the mental conceptualising of our body resulting from a focussed attention or activity, and the consequent physical sensation induced. Because the creation of this concept produces relaxed sensitive exploration, you achieve a higher state of awareness with a paradigm that is concordant with it. The sensation that is experienced from it can then be compartmentalised and named.
Putting power into the lower area of Dantien and pelvic rootedness, is due to the stance that is taken during a powerful performance (eg the Aster or Penter done with speed), which is a natural manifestation of physical action. You do not put power into this area, it is put there by the activity that is being done. Because of its strong and central importance in the activity, it is usually taught first. My way is to let it happen, knowing that the whole thing has to occur, and there isn't any one way to it or any order. I therefore tend to go straight to the end concept and work my way back. It means it becomes apparent that there isn't an order for it, only different paths up and down the mountain. It is an assumption that you have to start at the bottom. My system starts at the top. There is no gravity acting upon anything here in this context.
The pattern comes first (noticeably absent in all martial arts), followed by the attempt (and failure) of performing it, building over many years into actually being able to do it which then stimulates the next thing that is necessary for its performance. The trying to do it produces the things necessary to do it—over many years of bodily adjustment and neural entrenchment. If the structure is true, then it is bound to build the filling of it in. I believe it should be automatic.

The point of ORB was to produce a quick shortcut to a state of being that I have had on previous occasions where I knew that this is what I want and this is important but keep forgetting.
It used to be "listen, relax, breathe, trust", which were the most basic things to do that would produce the right state. To listen to the silence in the mind without mental dialogue, to relax the body because the mind tends to tense it and then focus on slow gentle breathing as this is pure pleasure and synergizes with the previous two, and trust that this is all that needs to be done and prevent any further justification which would start the mind running again. The "listen" was changed to "Observe", the "relax, breathe" became "Release", and "trust" became "Believe". To complete the ORBIT, "Integrate" and "Transcend" were added.
The whole thing was meant to be like a life buoy. A method to pull myself out of whatever misery I was creating for myself. The very fundamental things to do that were in fact so simple that it was difficult to remember to do them. It is all actually just one thing—a state of peaceful being. It is the only thing that needs to be done and actually isn't anything at all. That is why it is so hard to remember. That is why it needs a directive, a sign-post to it.
Confidence is produced with its side kick security when ORB is done. Constant observation is necessary to prevent relapse into muddling where negative thoughts can take place and faith is lost due to self-justification in mental arguments.
Observe is the over mind.
Release is the action.
Belief is the result.
Lucidity and detachment accompany the over mind.
Pleasurable feeling is the effect of relaxation and breathing.
Presence and unassailableness are the justification of faith.
Doing it and being it makes you it. This is all that you really need to do. ORB
