The Hawk

The arms perform the Gate synchronously, as opposed to the asynchronous Dragonfly. The Penters are mirrored, with the left arm going clockwise and the right arm counter-clockwise as the Dykirkoi rotate within the Penter.

The Hawk allows the arms to bend a little at the elbow while performing, making it more flowing. Feel like bearing down on prey, feel like a harpy (especially in the the Upper Open Gate). The attitude is predatory. Feel the wings flapping as the wave motion going through the body and legs energizes the whole experience.

Feel like and look like a hawk in the movement, though a different attitude or size of movement changes its type, such as keeping straight arms.

The Upper Open Gate (top right), is also known as the Harpy.

The hands following of the path is represented by the balls in the animation below.

The Looming Hawk

When the Penters are configured in the Mirrorway and overlapped as in the Closed Gate or Loom (below), the action of the arms will provide a shield if performed quickly.

The Butterfly on the Gate

The Butterfly is a smaller version of the Hawk, performed with the fingers mostly, with the hands rotating around the wrist using Thumbfirst and Thumbafter.

Flapping Dykirkoi

Using the two Dykirkoi in the Open Gate while squatting down and standing back up again, mimics the take off flight for the Hawk and is a good aerobic exercise. Synchronize the bottom of the squat with the arms completing the lower circle of the Dykirkos while breathing out, then pushing upwards and opening the chest at the top while standing up, breathing in.

The Hawkaster

Man performing Astergate

The Asters can be performed with a very small size, very quickly, which produces a rigorous vibrating or shaking motion through the arms or the whole body. The larger the Asters the slower the performance.

Or the Asters can overlap one another and be performed in front of you concordant with one of the Somatic Asters and be used for empowering the affirmation accompanying the action. This could also be like a secret hand gesture that identifies a person into the Inner Circle.
