Tenthimbles is part of the dark practices of Pentegraph... by that I mean that the practices are performed in the dark! It consists of ten thimbles covered in a luminous material, placed upon the fingers and then turning off the light and performing finger dances in front of a mirror. Most entertaining. A bit sad maybe, but then no one will ever see you do it, and no one need ever know.
Thumbfirst and Thumbafter are the 2 ways of performing the Tenthimble Penter, both having to be used due to the need for reversing the leading edge of the hand. The above animation is therefore untrue, but gives you the idea.
Below shows how the fingers have to change to unwind the otherwise impossible infinite turning of the hand. This shows the right hand with the larger ball representing the thumb which maintains a constant speed while the fingers have to reorganise themselves to keep up.

Performed with a black stick (Rhabdos), with luminous material on each end, and turned within the fingers wearing ten luminous thimbles, producing a display of twelve lights that move according to their necessity required of doing it. It therefore should be a valid pattern due to its repetition. Perhaps when performed more accurately from greater practice, it will be more enchanting and worthy of being considered a performance art. This is just to show its potential.

As above, and likewise performed very poorly, this time with the Zedexwhyzed form of the Aster, following the pentagram with the tips of the Rhabdos, and the fingers taking their positions as is needed to achieve this. This should produce a valid pattern of thimble movement as they are constricted to the template of the Pentagram, and if perfected, produce an interesting display with many patterns capable of being performed.
